Merry Christmas

Yoga... AH!

A friend of mine gave me a yoga center trial card for 3 free sessions. I had plans to go try out every day of this week. I went on Monday and I could hardly get out of bed the next day. I wanted so much to try their pilates class on Tuesday, but I guess that will have to wait till next week. After I recover. I thought I had done the stretches only to my limit so why was I aching everywhere? Here pain, there pain. I think I need "Salonpas". By the way, I can do the above!

Freeze

I really wonder how it is possible for someone to be wearing such a heavy coat with a skirt and still leave her legs exposed to the elements?! No doubt she looks good, but but but..... how can???
I can only think of two reasons why.
1) It is not that cold
2) She is not afraid of the cold.
I really have to stress that it is near impossible for someone to dress like that in the streets where I am. Unless she just dashes out onto the streets, takes the photo and runs back indoors again.

This lady here is also quite unbelievable. She's wearing a scarf, jacket and the full works. But her shoes! She is wearing shoes that is exposing the top of her feet! She's going to suffer from frostbite!

Trust me. It is now subzero here and if I want to wear a skirt out, I have to wear 3 layers of leggings! If it's jeans, then one layer beneath would be sufficient. I wish I can look like these gorgeous ladies but everyday I leave home feeling like an expired 'ba zhang'.

So often we have to make decisions; decisions that seldom just affect only ourselves. But hey, we still got to make them. What's the next BIG decision I have to make? Argh..... I hate making decisions! Wish I could ask the Magic 8 Ball and it will decide for me!

To friend A, glad you finally pulled yourself out of the prison! Life can only get better from now on! I'm sure everyone back there will miss you, but at the same time happy for you!
